The Ambassador informed the representative of the Slovenian side about current situation in Ukraine , as well as the efforts of the Ukrainian side aimed at resolving the conflict in the Crimea peacefully.
T.Rupel confirmed that Slovenia was concerned about the worsening situation in the Crimea. Slovenia considers that the sovereignty and integrity of territory and borders of Ukraine are not negotiable.
T.Rupel also stressed that the Slovenian side expects from Russian Federation fultiment of international law norms and bilateral agreements regarding non-interference in the of Ukraine’s internal affairs.
