On April 11, 2018, Ambassador of Ukraine Mykhailo F. Brodovych held a meeting with Senior Adviser to the President of Slovenia Mr. Ernest Petrič. The main goal was to discuss the official visit of President of Slovenia Borut Pahor to Ukraine.

During the meeting, in addition to the modalities of the abovementioned visit, the Slovenian side was informed about the current situation in Ukraine as well as statistics on the losses of our state in the fight against the aggressor.

The Ambassador also emphasized the necessity to launch the UN peacekeeping operation in Donbas.

Mr. Ernest Petrič expressed his strong support to Ukraine, and emphasized that this visit would be a symbolic one, because in such a way Slovenia would demonstrate it's support to our state in its European and Euro-Atlantic aspirations.
