On 15 January Ambassador of Ukraine Mr.M.Brodovych met with Co-Heads of Ukrainian and Slovenian part of Ukrainian-Slovenian Business Council Mr.O.Rohoza, Mr.D.Olaj ,the Director of International Relations Department of Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia Mr.A.Milevoj as well as a State Secretary of the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology Mr.A.Cantarutti.

The sides discussed the state of Ukrainian-Slovenian economic relations and its further enhancement. The importance of organizing bilateral business-forums was also mentioned as crucial as well as particular support of concrete joint projects.

The sides agreed to organize a round table discussion focused on the success stories of Ukrainian-Slovenian business and concrete cases in March this year. There also would be presented the possibilities of financing of Ukrainian-Slovenian joint projects by Slovenian export and development bank SID.

The Ambassador Mr.M.Brodovych expressed hope that the participation of Slovenian business representatives in planned for 12 February 2019 meeting of the Joint Ukrainian-Slovenian Commision on Economic Cooperation in Kyiv would be another impetus for bilateral economic relations.
