On February 26, 2019, Ambassador of Ukraine Mykhailo F. Brodovych held a meeting with newly appointed Ambassador of Croatia Boris Grigić.
The sides exchanged views on the current trends in Slovenia's domestic and political life, discussed some issues of the European agenda, in particular in the context of the European integration of Ukraine.
The Ambassador outlined the dynamics of the Ukrainian-Slovenian political contacts, as well as achievements at the bilateral level, in particular the Declaration, which was signed by both Presidents in 2016, which is considered as the roadmap of relations between Ukraine and Slovenia.
Taking this opportunity Ambassador informed the Croatian side about the current situation in Donbas, as well as pointed out the facts of the systematic violation of the Minsk agreements by Russia.
