On June 13, 2019 Ambassador of Ukraine Mykhailo F. Brodovych held a meeting with Head of the Slovenian national delegation to the PACE Mr Andrej Šircelj.

During the talks it was discussed the expectations of the Ukrainian side from the next session of the PACE.

The Ambassador emphasized the inadmissibility of the Russian delegation powers renewal, taking into account the systematic violation by Kremlin norms and principles of the international law, as well as its commitments.

Mykhailo F. Brodovych stressed that it is necessary to force the Russian Federation to comply with the PACE resolutions and to observe all obligations and duties in the framework of the Council of Europe.

It was underlined the necessity to bring the aggressor to responsibility for the unlawful and aggressive policy, that has resulted in numerous human sacrifices.

Special attention was paid to the necessity of launching the UN peacekeeping operation in Donbas.

The Ambassador briefed on the statistics on the losses of our state in the fight against the aggressor as well as current situation in Donbas.
