On September 22, Ambassador of Ukraine H.E. Mr. Andrii Taran held a meeting with the Director of the Department of Eastern Europe, South Caucasus, and Central Asia of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Slovenia Ms. Berta Mrak.

The parties discussed a wide range of issues related to bilateral cooperation, as well as current issues on the international agenda.

The Ambassador of Ukraine expressed his gratitude to the Slovenian side for condemning the so-called "referendums" in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, as well as for the recent decision of the Slovenian government to join the case of Ukraine against russia in the European Court of Human Rights. Ms. Berta Mrak assured the Ambassador of Ukraine of the unchanged position of the Slovenian Foreign Ministry regarding support of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
