On May 12, 2020 Ambassador of Ukraine Mykhailo F. Brodovych held a meeting with newly appointed Ambassador of Poland Krzysztof Jan Olendzki.

The Ambassador expressed his gratitude to Poland for consistent support of our independence, territorial integrity and sovereignty, as well as expressed the hope that such position will be unchangeable.

The sides exchanged views on the situation, related to the COVID-19, current trends in Slovenia's domestic and political life, discussed some issues of the European agenda, in particular in the context of the European integration of Ukraine.

The Ambassador outlined the dynamics of the Ukrainian-Slovenian political contacts, as well as achievements at the bilateral level.

Taking this opportunity Ambassador informed about current situation in Donbas region, as well as pointed out the facts of the systematic violation of the Minsk agreements by Russia.
