Ambassador of Ukraine to Slovenia Andrii Taran met with the State Secretary for European Affairs, Political Affairs, International Law and the Protection of Interests of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia Marco Stucin.

The parties discussed the current issues of bilateral cooperation between Ukraine and Slovenia in the political and humanitarian spheres, and agreed to activate bilateral cooperation between ministries in the field of strategic communications, and also looked at possible ways of transferring Ukraine's approval for Slovenia's membership in the EU and NATO.

Ambassador of Ukraine A. Taran commended Ukraine for its constant support on the side of Slovenia since the first days of Russia’s large-scale war against Ukraine.
