On September 28, 2018, at the initiative of the Embassy of Ukraine it was organized a visit of the delegation from the Ivan Franko Lviv Literary and Memorial Museum to Slovenia. In the framework of the abovementioned visit it was arranged a meeting with the leadership of the Slovene Ethnographic museum.

During the talks the directors of both museums, Mr. Bohdan Tykholoz and Mrs. Tanja Roženbergar, reaffirmed their mutual interest in establishing bilateral relations in order to promote Ukrainian culture in Slovenia and Slovenian in Ukraine.

The sides also discussed the realization of possible projects that would be interesting both for Ukrainian and Slovenian audiences.

The directors signed the Agreement on cooperation, which will become the appropriate ground for developing further cooperation.
