On October 23, 2018, Ambassador of Ukraine Mykhailo F. Brodovych held a meeting with President of the National Council Alojz Kovšca.

During the meeting the sides discussed main elements of the International Forum, dedicated to 85-th anniversary of Holodomor, which will take place in Kyiv, on November 22-24, 2018.

In the context of commemoration of victims of Holodomor 1932-1933 the Ambassador called on the Slovenian side to consider the possibility to adopt appropriate document at the parliamentary level to condemn this artificially organized crime by the Stalin's regime, aimed at the destruction of the Ukrainian nation.
