Ambassador of Ukraine Andrii Taran emphasized the relevance of the theme of the Conference and noted the importance of the participation of the Slovenian side, as one of the countries that is part of the southern flank of NATO.

The Ambassador of Ukraine also drew attention to the dramatic change in the balance of forces in the Black Sea basin, given Ukraine's use of advanced technologies and creative decision-making.

The parties discussed the development of the security situation in the Adriatic and Black Sea regions and current trends in the global security situation.
