Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Slovenia Petro Beshta held a meeting with the newly appointed Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia, Tone Kajzer.

During the meeting, the parties discussed current issues of Ukrainian-Slovenian cooperation, the further development of bilateral partnership, Slovenia’s support for Ukraine’s European integration, and prospects for deepening cooperation within the framework of the common European agenda.

The Ambassador of Ukraine expressed gratitude to Slovenia for its consistent support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as for its assistance in advancing Ukraine’s path towards membership in the European Union.

The parties reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening Ukrainian-Slovenian relations and expanding cooperation in the political, economic, and humanitarian spheres.
