Today, the Ambassador of Ukraine to Slovenia Andrii Taran met with the director of the Center of Excellence "Space-SI" Tomaž Rodič, and his team of specialists.

During his visit to the Center, the Ambassador of Ukraine acquainted with the current areas of its work, in particular, such as meteorology, astrophysics, micro- and nanosatellite technologies, cooperation in international space missions, satellite communication, etc.

The Center's team prepared presentation materials on projects in the field of satellite technologies and also demonstrated the modern equipment they use during research.

The parties discussed the available opportunities for 

establishing practical cooperation between Ukraine and Slovenia in the space industry, agreed on further steps to intensify bilateral cooperation, and exchanged current information on the most priority areas of possible cooperation.
