On September 6, 2023, the First Gentleman of the Republic of Slovenia Dr. Aleš Musar took part in the Third Summit of First Ladies and Gentlemen, which was held in Kyiv.

First Gentleman of Slovenia Dr. Aleš Musar took part as a speaker in a panel discussion entitled "War and Mental Health", during which the question of how the experience of war affects mental health and whether it is always the experience of war causes mental problems and disorders.

As part of his visit to Kyiv, Dr. Aleš Musar visited the Foundation of the Olena Zelenska, together with Ambassador Mr. Tomaž Lovrenčič opened the ITF office in Kyiv and also visited Bucha, Gorenka, and Moschun where he saw the consequences of russian armed aggression and commemorated the victims of the war.
