On June 2, 2023, the opening ceremony of the exhibition of Ukrainian artist Tyzun Volodymyr took place in the premises of the Information and Publishing Center of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Slovenia.

The Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Slovenia Andrii Taran took part in the opening ceremony of the exhibition as an honored guest. In his speeches, he expressed his gratitude to the author of the works Mr. Tyzun for his activity in the popularization of Ukrainian art, as well as to the Ministry of Defense of Slovenia for its interest in Ukrainian culture and support of projects of Ukrainian artists.

The Slovenian side was represented by Mr. Denis Chaleta, military specialist, Head of the Library and Information and Publishing Center of the Ministry of Defense of Slovenia, as well as Brigade General Peter Zakrajšek, Commander of the Center for Military Schools.

"I am convinced that our art, born during the war, will talk about this time much longer than we live. Therefore, our task today is to convey it to the whole world" - Ambassador of Ukraine
