On May 24, 2023, the Ukrainian Saturday School in Ljubljana hosted an event dedicated to the end of the 2023-2024 academic year.

The event was devoted to summing up the results of a difficult, but very productive and rich school year, to share impressions about their positive experience of studying at the Ukrainian Saturday School, which functions under the auspices of the Ukrainian cultural and educational organization "Rukavychka"

The Ukrainian Saturday School in Ljubljana has been operating since 2022. During this period of time, a number of cultural and educational events took place on the basis of the institution.

At the request of the teachers, the most active students of the Ukrainian Saturday School were encouraged with diplomas from the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Slovenia for their diligence in studying and for their active participation in the cultural events of the school and the Ukrainian community. The teachers of the school, who work on a volunteer basis, were also encouraged by the Acknowledgments of the Embassy of Ukraine.

After the festivities, a concert program prepared by the school's students took place. Ukrainian singer Eka Yokodo performed for children and their parents.
